Review Your Activitiest in the Past Year:

Create time to review the past year. Evaluate your achievements, challenges, lessons learned and areas for improvement. Reflecting on the past is a great way to assess your shortcomings and how to improve them or make better decissions.

Proritise Goal Setting:

What do you wish to achieve this year. Set specific goals for the new year. Identify the areas you want to improve on. Is it career, health, relationships, etc. Set these goals based on their priority to you. Make sure there are realistic and achieveable withing a time frame. Create a Plan Template:

Create actionable steps plan. Decide what action is needed daily, weekly, and monthly toward achieving your goals. Having a precise plan makes objectives more manageable. 

Periodic Check and Review:

Do not neglect to review your progress. Reassess your actions and make required adjustments to your plans when needed. Leave room for flexibility. Goal setting is not rigid rules but a roadmap to guide your steps. Be open to changes and master good decision making incase of an unexpected twist.
